Service Description
Host your next private gathering in an elevated beauty and wellness setting designed for comfort, privacy, and connection. The entire space is reserved exclusively for your group for a two-hour private event, allowing you full flexibility to customize the experience. Clients are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early for setup and preparation. A designated table will be provided, and light assistance is available for décor, beverages, small bites, or other items you’d like to bring to personalize your event. Event Flow: • Arrival & Social Time (30 minutes): Guests arrive, mingle, enjoy refreshments, and capture photos. • Guided Workout Session (50 minutes): A professionally led, energizing workout suitable for group settings. • Cool Down & Wrap-Up (30 minutes): Time to relax, cool down, socialize, and conclude the experience comfortably. Guests: Including space rental for up to 20 guests. This experience is ideal for celebrations, wellness gatherings, brand events, or intimate group experiences. If you have specific requests or would like to tailor the flow, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Cancellation Policy
All private events require a deposit to secure the date, space, and included amenities. Clients may cancel or reschedule their event up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as preparations, staffing, and curated elements will already be underway. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within this time frame. By booking this experience, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
