Service Description

Host an intimate, elevated gathering in our beauty and wellness studio, reserved exclusively for you and your guests. This private two-hour experience is thoughtfully designed to feel seamless, indulgent, and beautifully curated from start to finish. You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to settle in and personalize the space. A dedicated setup table will be prepared upon arrival, and light assistance is provided to ensure every detail feels effortless. Experience Flow: • Arrival & Social Hour (30 minutes) Guests are welcomed into the space to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and capture elevated photo moments. • Guided Wellness Session (50 minutes) A professionally led, energizing workout designed to invigorate the body while maintaining a refined, boutique-style atmosphere. • Cool Down & Closing Moments (30 minutes) An unhurried wind-down for stretching, relaxation, and meaningful connection before departure. ⸻ Included Luxury Perks This signature package includes a selection of premium elements to enhance the overall guest experience: • Professional Videographer High-quality video coverage capturing the essence and highlights of your event—perfect for memories, social content, or brand storytelling. • Matcha & Coffee Cart A beautifully styled beverage station serving handcrafted matcha and coffee selections for guests to enjoy throughout the event. • Flower Bar Experience An interactive floral moment where guests can create their own custom bouquets to take home. • Champagne Wall A statement installation offering an elegant, celebratory touch to your event. ⸻ Guests: Private studio use for up to 20 guests and all listed amenities. This experience is ideal for celebrations, brand activations, wellness gatherings, and elevated private events seeking a polished, luxury-forward environment. Custom requests may be accommodated when possible to further tailor the experience.


Cancellation Policy

All private events require a deposit to secure the date, space, and included amenities. Clients may cancel or reschedule their event up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as preparations, staffing, and curated elements will already be underway. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within this time frame. By booking this experience, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
