Cancellation Policy
At ERA, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule their exercise sessions without being subject to fee if done at least 12 hours in advance. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled session or cancels their session within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to their account. We understand that circumstances may change, and we encourage all clients to communicate with us as early as possible regarding cancellations or rescheduling. Timely cancellations help us accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
